本试验机主要用于滚动推力轴承、滑动推力轴承等具有轴向加载特性的轴承疲劳寿命强化(快速)试验。主要由试验头、试验头座、传动系统、加载系统、润滑系统、温控系统、扭矩保护系统、计算机控制系统等部。

该试验机是由主轴驱动系统、各种摩擦副专用夹具、测温与加热器、摩擦力采集测量、油液润滑系统扭矩报警等部分组成。

The tester is composed of spindle drive system, various special clamps for friction pairs, temperature measurement and heater, friction collection and measurement, torque alarm of oil lubrication system, etc.

1 主轴及驱动系统:主轴旋转驱动是由交流变频电机和交流变频器组成。

Spindle and drive system: spindle rotation drive is composed of AC frequency conversion motor and AC frequency converter.

2 润滑与摩擦副加热升温系统:加热为润滑油液介质加热并配有pt-100铂热电阻温度传感器,通过智能调节仪对试验温度从室温~260℃进行数显控制。

Heating system of lubrication and friction pair: heating for lubricating oil medium and equipped with PT-100 platinum thermistor temperature sensor. The test temperature is controlled by digital display from room temperature to 260 ℃ through intelligent regulator.

3 试验力加载系统:通过反力装置对试样施加一定的试验力,采用电子伺服加载。

Test force loading system: apply a certain test force to the sample through the reaction device, and use the electronic servo loading.

4 计算机测控系统:试验机的计算机测控系统可实现对试验力、摩擦力矩、摩擦系数、转速、试验周期、时间、温度等参数进行测控、记录、输出操作。

Computer measurement and control system: the computer measurement and control system of the testing machine can realize the measurement and control, recording and output operation of test force, friction torque, friction coefficient, rotating speed, test cycle, time, temperature and other parameters.
